MyAG Employee Benefits (app or desktop) or at www.ag.be/hospi.
Please note: you can only claim for medical costs via MyAG Employee Benefits (app or desktop) after you have completed registration. This means that you need to have checked your personal details and provided a correct bank account number.
What if I don't want to provide proof of my medical expenses electronically?Don't worry – you can still send us your medical costs invoices by post.
Fill in the "Claim for Reimbursement of Medical Expenses".
Send the completed form together with a copy of the invoices or proofs of payment to:

Important: Always keep the original documents and only send us copies of your medical bills.
Be sure to include your correct account number and also write your reference, contract and/or card number on one of the documents or cover letters.
